At Resolution Fitness, we tailor all of our PT packages to meet your goals and ability. We like to push our clients as far as we feel they can go, by encouraging and driving them forward. 

 
Personal Training Prices and Plans Resolution Fitness

Personal Training Packages Include:

Initial Consultation - this is where we sit down and figure out exactly why you're coming to us, what you're looking to get out of your package and how its best to achieve this. 

 

 

Tailored Nutrition Plan - the plan will be structured around the goal/s that you wish to achieve and will also take your current eating into consideration. The plan will be broken into Training and Non-Training days and will be based around foods you enjoy eating.

Training Sessions - again will be structured towards your goals and your training experience. We aim to make the sessions as fun as possible will also teaching the client in regard to training method and exercise selection.
