Sports Performanace Training
Sports Performance Training is geared towards a team/individual who is looking to bring their performance to the next level. Sessions can be strictly gym based, pitch conditioning sessions or a combination of both.
These packages will have 2 key aims:
1. Prevent Injury
2. Improve Performance
The packages can vary in length, aim and intensity, all of which will be decided upon an initially meeting with the individual/team/management.
-Performance Testing - Testing will include Functional Movement Screening, Aerobic Capacity, Anaerobic Capacity, Speed, Agility, Power and Strength.
-Program Design - This can be designed for players to do in their own time and can be used to compliment the training being done as a group.
